Gosh, I’ve had so much going on lately with writing new music, playing weddings all over (tis the season!) and in the studio that I have been sadly neglecting you guys on here. My apologies! Anyway, just to give you an update, I am FINALLY…FINALLY beginning a recording project of MY songs–songs I’ve written. For so long I have played/recorded other peoples music, which has been so great and I’ve truly enjoyed every minute of it. But so many people over the years have asked when I am going to record my own music and be playing more of the songs I write. So finally, the time has come…I will try to keep you guys in the loop as things develop musically, gigging schedule, and all that jazz!

Thanks for being such loyal fans/friends…it’s a joy to share with you all–I do hope that every one of you at some point will hear one of my songs and in some way feel like it was written just for you. Even if all it did was make you laugh!

I spoke with a semi newly married friend recently whose husband was just deployed overseas. I was amazed by her bravery, her faithfulness, her beauty in the sacrifice of having one you love so much be away from you for a long time in a dangerous situation. Don’t You Worry

I was thinking recently how virtually everyday we are bombarded by the media about all the bad in the world–the bad things that happened to this person or that and how easy it is to get caught up in that and sometimes we let it consume us and think that that’s all there is. And how, when it gets to that point how easy it is to just ‘throw the baby out with the bath water’. I’ve definitely been guilty of that at times, instead of realizing that at the end of the day things really do happen in our lives for our good–even if we don’t see it at that time. That in the end at some point in our lives here or there, we will see how even those hard times had a point and were for our good…So if you’re having a bad day, keep your chin up and Don’t You Worry!
